The 31-year-old model showed off her enviable shape as the figure-hugging dress revealed her every contour.
And her outfit may have raised more than a few eyebrows from guests attending the event in the muslim state, where a conservative dress code seems to be favoured.
Teaming the racy frock with black peep toe pumps and smoky eye-makeup, Kelly opted to wear her hair in a simple ponytail.

The pair were first spotted out together in November, as the model celebrated her 31st birthday in London.
Throwing no less than three birthday bashes, Kelly spent her evenings cosying up to her ex’s former teammate.
Things seemed to be hotting up for the couple as Kelly was spotted leaving a London hotel on Tuesday morning, with Evans leaving the same hotel a few minutes later.

But for last night at least Kelly looked happy to have left Thom at home as she attended the screening with the Buffy the Vampire slayer actress.
Emma, 37, opted for a pale green full length gown and sandals for the film premiere, which was held at the Madinat Jumeriah complex last night.
The film, Cairo Exit, tells the story of an 18-year-old girl living in the slums of Cairo and is one of several projects awarded post-production funding by a Dubai Film Market initiative.
