So it's no surprise that Katie Price's 33rd birthday party appeared to be suitably boozy - as revealed by the contents of her recycling box.

The glamour model celebrated at the weekend with a star-packed fancy dress bash and the boxes were a tell-tale sign of the night's events, full to the brim with empty bottles.

Four of the plastic bins were filled with bottles, which included vodka, champagne and Stella Artois lager.

Guests at the party, held at her sprawling Sussex home, got dressed up in a variety of fancy dress outfits.

Those on the guestlist included Katie's good friends Michelle Heaton and TOWIE star Lauren Pope.

To counter what was undoubtedly an unhealthy weekend, the model took delivery of some fresh organic vegetables from Abel & Cole yesterday.

According to one report, in Now magazine, the model has been on a strict diet set out for her by friend Michelle Heaton, who is now a qualified fitness instructor.

The article claims Miss Price is on a diet of salmon, egg whites, nuts and avocados to help combat wrinkles by boosting the collagen in her skin.

Earlier this week she unveiled her new tattoo while on a night out with her Argentinian beau Leandro Penna.

Until recently she has kept the new tattoo hidden beneath bandages and long sleeved jumpers since her return from Argentina.

Despite splitting from Peter Andre two years ago, it took Price until recently to finally rid herself of her ex-husband's name completely.

Harvey, fathered by footballer Dwight Yorke, turns nine today and Katie will be sure to make the occasion an extra special one for her son.
