Barry Manilow meets Victoria Beckham... and appears to have stolen her make-up

Posh and Baz: Victoria Beckham poses with a heavily made-up Barry Manilow backstage at his Las Vegas concert last night

It's not very often we see Victoria Beckham step out in public without her face on.

So it was surprising to see her attend a concert without her warpaint on especially when she probably knew she would be meeting a musical legend.

Although Barry Manilow looked as though he was wearing enough for the both of them as they posed together at his Las Vegas show.

But being just three years off from turning 70, Manilow probably needed a helping hand from in order to be flattered under the hot stage lights.

And to be fair to Mrs Beckham, 36, she has toned down the amount of make-up she wears over the past year and last month was snapped at a conference looking very fresh-faced.

Last night she looked like she'd just dashed on a bit of eyeliner and mascara as she met the heavy made-up icon backstage at his special Thanksgiving concert which took place in the gambling capital last night.

But Victoria, 36, didn't seem that excited to meet Manilow, 67, as she barely managed to raise a smile.

Or maybe she was just in awe of the star, whose career has spanned for almost 40 years, with a string of multi-platinum albums and awards under his belt.

He also met another famous fan last night when Desperate Housewives star Teri Hatcher also popped backstage to met her idol.

And unlike Victoria, she couldn't contain her excitement as she beamed for the cameras as she posed for a picture with Manilow.

Manilow, who is best known for his hits such as Copacabana, Could It Be Magic, I Write The Songs and Mandy, has been performing in Las Vegas since 2005, when he became the headliner at the city's Hilton hotel.

He performed his last show on December 30 last year and from March this year, took the headliner slot at the Paris Hotel.
